This policy governs how copyright claims are handled, in line with the safe-harbor provisions of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

To file a notice, provide: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

Valid notices are acted on promptly: the material is removed or access is blocked, the affected party is notified, and a counter-notice process is available per §512(g). Repeat infringers are terminated.
